What costs are involved?Â
There are three parts to our pricing to consider:

Device costs - Superspree devices cost EUR 30 for the Loop Range or EUR 300 for our Halo Range. The Button is free.
​
Impact Hub - The ImpactHub is full of features to maximise your impact.
We charge €25 per month per organisation for standard access, or €50 per month for advanced features.

Payment Processing - We currently use Stripe to process any monetary donations. Processing charges vary by country and can be found at www.stripe.com. In Germany, the fees are 1.5% + €0.25.
How can I track my donation amounts?
As you onboard with Superspree, you activate your subscription to the ImpactHub. This allows you to see and analyse all your donations.

If you have been collecting stories, then they will appear on a storyboard for you to review.
How does shipping work?
We use DPD for all our shipping. Shipping is a tracked service.
How do my donors use the device?
Superspree devices are designed to be easy for donors to use. They approach a device and scan their NFC enabled mobile phone over the contactless symbol. They use their mobile phone screen to chose how much they wish to donate or if they wish to share their story. They are then invited to leave their name and email address if they wish for the purposes of receiving a receipt or learning more about your cause.
How do I know which devices are right for me?
There are Superspree devices for all kinds of fundraising locations and methods. We offer a range of sets to help you get started.

We also offer a web-based version called the Button. Placed it visibly on your website to maximise your donations.
When will I achieve payback on my device?
If you are using your Superspree device to collect monetary donations, then we expect your Superspree mobile contactless donation device to achieve a return on your investment in 2 months.

Each organisation is different and these devices are used in different ways. By switching them on everyday and placing them in an area of highest footfall, you should achieve a good outcome.
How easy are they for my fundraisers and volunteers to use?
Our devices are designed to be easy to use. Our Loop products are always ready to use - no power button or charging needed. Our Halo range is easy to use with a single on/off button and easy to access USB-C charging point.

Your ImpactHub contains user guides, product information, tools and our helpdesk.
Is your solution compliant?
All Superspree products are fully compliant. We only work with organisations who are registered with the appropriate authorities in their country.
What about the environmental impact?
We are the only provider of mobile contactless impact solutions to consider the environmental impact of what we do. Please find out more on our 'Sustainability' page.
Are there any product guides available?
Yes, we provide a full user guides with every purchase. They are kept in your ImpactHub.
What is the warranty period?
